Hardriders Crew is responsible for processing the collected data. Your information is used exclusively to personalize your training experience and improve athletic performance.
We collect identity data (via Supabase), biometrics (weight, height), athletic performance metrics, and the multimedia files that the user chooses to share voluntarily on the platform.
Your permission for general AI processing (Hardy AI) is securely stored in your profile. This consent is revocable at any time from the App settings.
To ensure the service, we share data with:
Data Retention: We retain users' personal data and training progress only for as long as the account remains active to ensure the proper functioning of the platform and the tracking of physical preparation programs. If a user decides to stop using the application, their data will be kept inactive securely.
Data and Account Deletion: Any user has the right to request the total and permanent deletion of their account and all personal data (including metrics and challenge history). To exercise this right, the user can use the "Delete Account" button located within the app's Settings menu. Alternatively, a direct request can be sent to our support email. Upon confirmation, all records will be permanently erased from our servers within a maximum period of 30 days.
